No Worries, Just Try It — Crypto Onboarding, Never This Easy

Just update or download the latest WEEX App, open the homepage, and follow the simple guide: Register → Deposit → Make your first trade. Then head to “Rewards Center” to view and use your rewards.
 
What you'll see along the way:
  1. Not logged in? You'll see “Register to unlock your reward” – tap to create your account.
  2. After you register, the screen shows “Registration successful. Claim your reward.” Tap claim to collect it.
  3. Now you're ready to deposit. The page switches to the deposit guide. Tap deposit to continue.
  4. Enter your amount when the deposit pop-up appears. Watch the progress bar move as you deposit.
  5. After your deposit is done, the page switches to the trade guide. Your progress bar moves as you trade. After finishing your trade tasks or 3 days after registration, you'll see the standard user homepage
  6. Want to check your rewards later? Tap “Check my rewards” to enter the Welcome Rewards page.
  7. And now, you complete the entire onboarding pocess.

FAQ

Q: When will I get my reward?
A: Usually within 24 hours after you meet the requirement. Check “Rewards Center”. If delayed, contact customer support.
 
Q: Can I withdraw or trade my reward?
A: It depends. Some rewards are trial funds (trading only) or fee discounts (non-withdrawable). Always read the activity rules.
 
Q: Is this a limited-time event?
A: Some events are time-limited. Check the start and end dates in the app. Join early so you don’t miss out.
